Program Learning Outcomes In-Person
This session will focus on Program Learning Outcomes. The discussion will range from why strong program outcomes are necessary, Bloom’s terminology, degree appropriate language, and a critique of sample outcomes. Faculty should bring their own program outcomes as they will have the opportunity to gain feedback and suggestions for improvements from peer Faculty.
At the conclusion of this session, Faculty will be able to:
- Distinguish degree level-appropriate language (grad vs. undergrad)
- Identify good outcomes
- Discuss with other Faculty members their program outcomes and possible improvements
